Some of you may know me by my previous names — Swoveland back in the day, and Tierheimer before that. Let’s just say I’ve had a few rebrands before businesses even knew rebranding was a thing!
Over 15 years ago, I started my first business, Creative Daze Designs, helping businesses build their online presence before having a website was considered a business necessity. I was helping companies get noticed online when many were still asking, “Do we really need a website?” Then life took me on a different path.
I stepped into the corporate world and discovered a passion for something even bigger — developing people. Over the next 15+ years, I built my career leading teams, improving operations, creating sales strategies, and helping organizations grow from the inside out with companies like AT&T, Zebra Technologies, and Simulator Systems.
Along the way, I learned something important:
